The problem
The existing information architecture didn't scale. With no hierarchy and no way to scope visibility, enterprise customers with dozens of teams were churning or flagging navigation as a critical pain point. We were losing deals and extensions because of it.
The solution
I led the end-to-end redesign of Productboard's information architecture — from discovery through staged rollout. The solution introduced folders and team spaces, letting customers organise their data hierarchically and apply permissions so people only see what's relevant to them. This involved close collaboration across product, design, engineering, and GTM, and required careful sequencing of a phased rollout to 6,000+ existing customers.
